Cooking for Wellness

Cooking for Wellness is important especially since what we eat is so key to maintaining a healthy, balanced diet.  I wanted to start off this section with the lists for the Dirty Dozen and the Clean Fifteeen.  Both are important as they let you know what fruits and vegetables are not healthy to eat as they have been treated with pesticides.  The Clean Fifteen is a list of fruits and vegetable that are healthy to purchase and contain no pesticides.  Of course, buying organic is the best way to go, however, these lists are incredibly helpful.  I hope that these are helpful to you when you head out to purchase you fruits and vegetables.
