Peanut Butter Cookies without Butter

Happy National Cookie Day!!!!! πŸͺπŸͺπŸͺ

There is nothing better than baking cookies especially around Christmas time. As the song goes “it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.” Of course, it feels like Easter at our house because I have to hide them from my husband!!! Lol!!! 🀣🀣🀣 So, to start off the holiday season, I wanted to share my Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe that is made without butter. It’s a simple recipe and they taste amazing!

Preparing the batter

Ingredients

β€’ 1 cupΒ brown sugar

β€’ 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil

β€’ 1 cupΒ peanut butter

β€’ 1⁄4 teaspoonΒ salt

β€’ 1⁄2 teaspoonΒ vanilla

β€’ 1 egg

β€’ 1Β 3⁄4 cupsΒ flour, sifted

β€’ 2 teaspoonsΒ baking powder

β€’ 2 tablespoonsΒ milk

Directions

β€’ Cream sugar, vegetable oil, peanut butter, salt, vanilla, egg and milk.

β€’ Add sifted flour and baking powder.

β€’ Roll into small balls, then take fork and press them down.

β€’ Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
