Benefits of Drinking Lemon Water

One thing that I am incorporating into my daily routine is drinking more water on a daily basis. I love adding a slice of lemon to add a little flavor to my water, but I did not know all the health benefits of having lemon water.
Lemons have a ton of nutrients including vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, calcium,ย  potassium and fiber to name a few.ย  It is best to drink a glass in the morning approximately 15 – 30 minutes before having breakfast.
Some of the health benefits of drinking lemon water include:

Reduces inflammation

Aids digestion

Keeps your skin blemish free

Helps with weight loss

Gives your system an immune boostย 

Cleanses your system

Reduces wrinkles

Helps flush out unwanted materials

Helps tooth pain.

So, not only is drinking water healthy for you to do on a daily basis, but throw in a slice of lemon to it and see how better you feel!!!!
